What We Support
Pistons To Places is committed to organizing an annual charity event, a sponsored drive to Pisa, Italy, to support Little Miracles. Our mission includes rallying support for children with medical needs, raising funds for their treatment, and spreading awareness about their inspiring stories. We are dedicated to making a difference by providing hope and assistance to these brave young souls.
St Ives To Pisa
Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime with Pistons to Places, an epic charity rally from the UK to Pisa and back, all in support of Little Miracles, a charity helping families with children who have additional needs, disabilities, or life-limiting conditions.
This unique event challenges teams to buy a car for £1,000 or less, prep it for the road, and join us for an unforgettable journey. From scenic routes to shared laughs, it’s all about pushing boundaries, making memories, and raising money for an incredible cause.
Your entry includes the channel crossing, but all other costs (fuel, tolls, insurance, accommodation, breakdown cover, and meals) are yours to cover. Teams are also asked to aim for a fundraising target of at least £1,000 per car.
A driver’s briefing and team meet-up will take place in May, where you’ll get key info, swap ideas, and connect with fellow adventurers. Plus, we’ll be running a WhatsApp group for updates, car finds, rally prep tips, and team banter.
This is our very first year, and while it’s been built with care and passion, we’re learning as we go. Thank you for joining us and helping make it special. Let’s hit the road, raise some smiles, and support families who truly need it.
